(There is an abundance of these vehicles parked IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET with their flashers on.) I could rent it out while I'm at work -- to keep the battery charged -- and then leave it in the street flashing when I'm home. Surely this is a safer alternative to some of the infractions I've been cited for ... you know, like my permit not being FULLY visible.
