Jenn Fields is not a fellow at a prestigious university or think tank. She has never been the poet laureate of any geographic area, large or small, nor has she authored a book — yet.

Jenn is the editor of the Colorado Daily in Boulder, Colo. In addition to writing many, many stories for the Colorado Daily and the Boulder Daily Camera, she has written for several magazines, including Bicycling, Backpacker and Climbing. She’s currently the author of an irreverent column about yoga and meditation entitled Bad Buddhist.

In her spare time, Jenn likes to do yoga, practice playing the violin (it’s a work in progress) and tromp about in the mountains. She lives in Longmont, Colorado, with her husband, Jeremy, and, in defiance of moderation, their stable of six bicycles and even more pairs of skis.
